These terms apply to this informational website and the Medigotchi companion entertainment app. By using them, you accept these terms.

Use of the app is subject to applicable law. Children should use it with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian where the law requires.

Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Guest progress is stored on your device and is not backed up, so it can be lost. Account saves and guest saves are kept separate.

Some features need permissions, such as microphone or location, or an internet connection. They are optional; without them, the related features will not work.

Do not abuse or harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.

The app, characters, artwork and content belong to Medigotchi or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for non-commercial purposes.

Coins and items are in-app digital goods with no cash value and cannot be cashed out. Any purchases are subject to the terms, prices and refund policies shown by the app store, and to your consumer rights. Optional rewarded ads are not guaranteed to be available.

Mochi's dialogue is generated automatically and can be mistaken or inappropriate. Mochi is an entertainment companion, not medical advice, therapy or emergency support. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You keep your rights in content you submit. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the features you use. We do not take a broad licence to train models on your content.

Some features rely on third-party services, such as sign-in, app stores, ads, speech recognition and weather, which have their own terms.

We may change, pause or discontinue features. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts on reasonable grounds, such as a breach of these terms.

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or privacy law, which cannot be waived. Our liability is limited only as far as applicable law permits.
